Application

GYPCON Casting Plaster is designed for interior, fiberglass – reinforced cast cornices and architectural ornaments such as ceiling roses, corbels, caps, columns, pilasters, light sconces and vents. The casting process includes dispersing GYPCON Casting Plaster onto the scaled water, mixing it until becoming easily flowable consistency, pouring the mix into the mold, knocking the mold to expel bubbles, staying until it is set completely, then demolding and drying the cast to a strong piece work.

Packaging, Storage, and Shelf Life

GYPCON Casting Plaster is packed in 25 and 50 kg. PP woven bag with plastic inner liner to prevent moisture. For longer shelf life, it should be kept in dry indoor place. The normal shelf life is 1 year with un-opened packaging.
